ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 4, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 1, TO 1997 ASSEMBLY BILL 100

AB100-ASA1-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB100-ASA1-AA4,1,3 1. Page 1291, line 23: delete the material beginning with "(e) From" and ending with "school." on page 1292, line 1, and substitute:

AB100-ASA1-AA4,1,8 "(e) For each pupil attending a charter school under this subsection, the department shall pay to the operator of the charter school, from the appropriation under s. 20.255 (2) (fm), an amount equal to the amount that the school district operating under ch. 119 received under s. 121.08 in the previous school year divided by its membership.".

AB100-ASA1-AA4,1,11 2. Page 1292, line 5: delete the material beginning with "shared" and ending with "subsection." on line 8, and substitute "total amount paid to the operator of the charter school under par. (e).".
