AB100-ASA1-AA6,1,3 " Section 2839m. 118.40 (4) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB100-ASA1-AA6,1,8 118.40 (4) (c) Enrollment. At least 50% of the pupils enrolled in a charter school located in the school district operating under ch. 119 must be members of a family that has a total family income that does not exceed an amount equal to 2 times the poverty level determined in accordance with criteria established by the director of the federal office of management and budget.".
