AB100-SA1-AA17,2,7 165.95 Southeastern Wisconsin helicopter unit grants. From the appropriation under s. 20.455 (2) (dm), the department of justice shall distribute not more than $250,000 in each fiscal year as a grant to the Milwaukee County sheriff's department to pay the costs incurred by the Milwaukee County sheriff's department in operating a surplus military helicopter that is used in search and rescue operations, disaster operations and law enforcement activities.".".
