AB104-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB104-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "sex" insert "and a child's right to certain economic benefits".

AB104-AA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB104-AA2,1,10 "(3) Notwithstanding sub. (2), any child born to or adopted by a resident of this state who contracted a marriage to another person of the same sex in a jurisdiction in which such a marriage is valid and who continues to be married to that person shall be entitled to any economic benefit in this state to which a child who is born to or adopted by married persons of the opposite sex is entitled, including child support, insurance benefits and inheritance rights.".
