AB118-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB118-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 14: delete "April 28, 1990" and substitute "April 28, 1990 January 1, 1982".

AB118-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 16: after that line insert:

AB118-AA1,1,5 " Section 5.. 40.08 (1m) (k) of the statutes is created to read:

AB118-AA1,1,8 40.08 (1m) (k) Nothing in this subsection authorizes a court to revise or modify a judgment or order with respect to a final division of property under s. 767.255, in contravention of s. 767.32 (1) (a).".
