AB119-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB119-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 23: delete the material beginning with "The" and ending with "b." on page 4, line 3.

AB119-AA1,1,4 2. Page 4, line 3: substitute "$15,500" for "$3,750".

AB119-AA1,1,5 3. Page 4, line 7: substitute "$12,000" for "$3,750".

AB119-AA1,1,6 4. Page 4, line 7: after that line insert:

AB119-AA1,1,11 "b. A certification by the group or organization that any approvals required for use of any logo, trademark, trade name or other commercial symbol related to the group or organization have been obtained and that the group or organization shall be responsible for any licensing fees related to the word or words or the symbol on special group plates for the group or organization.".

AB119-AA1,1,12 5. Page 4, line 19: after "issuance" insert: "or the discontinuation of issuance".

AB119-AA1,2,2 6. Page 4, line 20: delete "the authorized special groups" and substitute "an authorized special group".
