AB135-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 16: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 10, and substitute:

AB135-ASA1-AA1,1,6 "(b) A person entitled to bring an action under this subsection may bring the action for damages against a person who delivered or distributed the controlled substance or controlled substance analog to the individual, in violation of s. 961.41.".
