AB150-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB150-AA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 2: after "board" insert ", the due date for filing campaign finance
3reports".

AB150-AA1,1,5 5" Section 1b. 11.20 (10) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB150-AA1,1,126 11.20 (10) (a) Where a requirement is imposed under this section for the filing
7of a financial report which is to be received by the appropriate filing officer no later
8than a certain date, the requirement may be satisfied either by actual receipt of the
9report by the prescribed time for filing at the office of the filing officer, or by filing a
10report with the U.S. postal service by first class mail with sufficient prepaid postage,
11addressed to the appropriate filing officer, no later than the 3rd day before the date
12provided by law for receipt of such report.
AB150-AA1, s. 1g 13Section 1g. 11.21 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:

111.21 (2) Furnish to each registrant prescribed forms for the making of reports
2and statements. Forms shall be sent by 1st class mail not earlier than 21 days and
3not later than 14 days prior to the applicable filing deadline under s. 11.20, and
4addressed to the attention of the treasurer or other person indicated on the
5registration statement. Forms need not be sent to a registrant who has made an
6indication that aggregate contributions, disbursements and obligations will not
7exceed the amount specified under s. 11.05 (2r) or to a registrant who has been
8granted a suspension under s. 11.19 (2). Forms for reports shall not be sent by the
9board to a registrant if the registrant is required to file reports with the board by
10means of electronic transmission.
Whenever any notice of filing requirements under
11this chapter is sent to a candidate's campaign treasurer, the board shall also send a
12notice to the candidate if he or she has appointed a separate treasurer. Failure to
13receive any form or notice does not exempt a registrant from compliance with this
14chapter.".

AB150-AA1,2,20 164. Page 2, line 2: delete "Accept from any" and substitute "Require each
17registrant for whom the board serves as filing officer and who or which accepts
18contributions in a total amount or value of $20,000 or more during a campaign period
19to file each campaign finance report that is required to be filed under this chapter
20by means of electronic transmission, and accept from any other".

22becomes subject to a requirement to file reports electronically under this subsection
23shall initially file the registrant's report electronically for the period which includes
24the date on which the registrant becomes subject to the requirement.".

AB150-AA1,3,7 27. Page 2, line 14: after "subsection." insert "In this subsection, the "campaign
3period" of a candidate, personal campaign committee or support committee begins
4and ends with the "campaign" of the candidate whose candidacy is supported, as
5defined in s. 11.26 (17), and the "campaign period" of any other registrant begins on
6January 1 of each odd-numbered year and ends on December 31 of the following
7year.".
