AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: after "board" insert ", requiring the exercise of rule-making authority".

AB150-ASA1-AA2,1,7 2. Page 2, line 21: delete the material beginning with "make" and ending with "subsection," on line 23 and substitute "specify, by rule, a type of software that is suitable for compliance with the electronic filing requirement under this subsection. The board shall provide copies of the software to registrants".
