AB186-SA1,1,5 " Section 2m. 301.46 (5) (a) 1. of the statutes, as created by 1995 Wisconsin Act 440, is amended to read:

AB186-SA1,1,9 301.46 (5) (a) 1. Submits a written request for information in a form and manner prescribed by the department or the police chief or sheriff. The department or a police chief or sheriff may require that a person state, in his or her written request under this subdivision, his or her purpose for requesting the information.".
