AB220-SA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB220-SA3,1,2 21. Page 3, line 8: delete lines 8 and 9 and substitute:

AB220-SA3,1,4 3"(3) Subsection (2) does not apply if a partial-birth abortion is necessary to do
4any of the following and no other medical procedure would suffice for that purpose:

AB220-SA3,1,65 (a) Save the life of a woman whose life is endangered by a physical disorder,
6physical".

AB220-SA3,1,7 72. Page 3, line 11: delete "itself, and if no" and substitute "itself.".

AB220-SA3,1,8 83. Page 3, line 12: delete that line and substitute:

AB220-SA3,1,9 9"(b) Preserve the ability of a woman to bear children in the future.".
