AB243-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

AB243-AA1,1,3 " Section 1d. 706.11 (1) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB243-AA1,1,5 706.11 (1) (a) Any mortgage executed to a federal savings and loan association or state or federal savings bank.

AB243-AA1, s. 1m Section 1m. 706.11 (1) (i) of the statutes is repealed.".

AB243-AA1,1,7 2. Page 1, line 3: substitute "Section 1r" for "Section 1".

AB243-AA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 5: after "(d)" insert "or (f) to (h)".
