AB287-AA9,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "tax" insert ", other than the state sales tax on medicines,".

AB287-AA9,1,5 2. Page 1, line 6: delete "franchise tax" and substitute "the franchise tax of corporations that have total gross receipts of less than $1,000,000,000".
