AB289-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB289-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: substitute "ordering" for "requiring".

AB289-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 3: substitute "require order" for "require".

AB289-AA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 14: delete " and the child if the child is at least 18 years of age," and substitute "and, if the child is at least 18 years of age, the child, his or her court-appointed guardian or his or her health care agent under a power of attorney for health care under ch. 155,".

AB289-AA1,1,9 4. Page 3, line 2: delete " or child" and substitute ", child, court-appointed guardian or health care agent".

AB289-AA1,1,10 5. Page 3, line 7: substitute "require order" for "require".
