AB308-ASA3-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB308-ASA3-AA1,1,5 1. Page 3, line 4: after "date]" insert ", but a zoning ordinance enacted under s. 59.69, 60.61, 60.62, 61.35 or 62.23 (7) may restrict the expansion of a sport shooting range and of any buildings or shooting activities associated with the sport shooting range".

AB308-ASA3-AA1,1,6 2. Page 3, line 10: after that line insert:

AB308-ASA3-AA1,1,9 "(6) Except as expressly provided in subs. (4) and (5), nothing in this section restricts the authority of a political subdivision of the state to exercise its police power to regulate a sport shooting range.".
