AB342-AA4,1,4 2. Page 26, line 3: delete "mediation conducted by the department of justice".

AB342-AA4,1,5 3. Page 33, line 17: delete "or ch. 938".

AB342-AA4,1,8 4. Page 33, line 18: after "constitution" insert "or for any act or omission in the performance of any power or duty under ch. 938 relating to the rights of, services for or notices to victims".
