AB342-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB342-AA5,1,2 1. Page 4, line 9: delete "public".

AB342-AA5,1,3 2. Page 4, line 11: delete "1.,".

AB342-AA5,1,4 3. Page 4, line 12: delete "and one of the members specified in par. (b) 4.".

AB342-AA5,1,7 4. Page 4, line 14: delete that line and substitute "victims council and the other member shall be appointed by the governor. The member specified in par. (b) 1. shall be appointed by the Wisconsin District Attorneys' Association.".

AB342-AA5,1,9 5. Page 37, line 6: delete "public member" and substitute "member specified under section 15.255 (2) (b) 4. of the statutes, as created by this act, who is".

AB342-AA5,1,12 6. Page 37, line 8: delete "public member appointed by the attorney general" and substitute "member specified under section 15.255 (2) (b) 4. of the statutes, as created by this act, who is appointed by the governor".
