AB342-AA6,1,4 1. Page 8, line 19: after the period insert "An intake worker may confer with a victim under this subsection in person or by telephone or, if the victim agrees to the method, by any other method.".

AB342-AA6,1,5 2. Page 9, line 2: delete " Consultation" and substitute "Conferring".

AB342-AA6,1,8 3. Page 9, line 10: after "938.345." insert "A district attorney or corporation counsel may confer with a victim under this section in person or by telephone or, if the victim agrees to the method, by any other method.".

AB342-AA6,1,11 4. Page 12, line 4: after the period insert "A district attorney or corporation counsel may confer with a victim under this paragraph in person or by telephone or, if the victim agrees to the method, by any other method.".
