AB351-SSA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB351-SSA1-AA2,1,4 1. Page 4, line 24: after "supervision," insert "prisoner performance of data entry and telemarketing services, contract authority of the department of corrections,".

AB351-SSA1-AA2,1,5 2. Page 71, line 5: after that line insert:

AB351-SSA1-AA2,1,6 " Section 222q. 303.064 of the statutes is created to read:

AB351-SSA1-AA2,1,10 303.064 Prisoner performance of data entry or telemarketing services. The department may not enter into any contract or other agreement if, in the performance of the contract or agreement, a prisoner would perform data entry or telemarketing services.".

AB351-SSA1-AA2,1,11 3. Page 141, line 19: after that line insert:

AB351-SSA1-AA2,2,3 "(2f) Prisoner performance of data entry and telemarketing services. The treatment of section 303.064 of the statutes first applies to contracts entered into or renewed by the department of corrections on the effective date of this subsection.".
