Page 12, line 9: after "(14)." insert "A request for funding under this paragraph may not include a request to fund any program, project or service that promotes, encourages or counsels in favor of action by individuals to prevent pregnancy, to voluntarily terminate pregnancy or to limit the number of children they conceive.".
