AB351-SSA1-SA2,1,3 21. Page 4, line 24: after "supervision," insert "prisoner access to personal
3information, contract authority of the department of corrections,".
AB351-SSA1-SA2,1,4 42. Page 71, line 5: after that line insert:
AB351-SSA1-SA2,1,5 5" Section 222q. 303.064 of the statutes is created to read:
AB351-SSA1-SA2,1,10 6303.064 Contracts requiring prisoner access to personal information.
7(1) In this section, "personal information" includes an individual's address,
8telephone number, social security number, marital status, gender, race, religious
9affiliation, date or place of birth, place of or type of employment or any other
10information that may be used to identify an individual.

1(2) The department may not enter into any contract or other agreement if, in
2the performance of the contract or agreement, a prisoner would have access to any
3personal information relating to an individual who is not a prisoner.".

6303.064 of the statutes first applies to contracts entered into or renewed by the
7department of corrections on the effective date of this subsection.".
