AB353-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB353-AA1,1,3 1. Page 4, line 19: delete "conditions other than dishonorable" and substitute "honorable conditions".

AB353-AA1,1,8 2. Page 4, line 25: after the period insert "For the purpose of this section, an individual whose service on active duty with the U.S. armed forces or in forces incorporated as part of the U.S. armed forces makes the individual eligible for general U.S. department of veterans affairs benefits shall be considered to have served under honorable conditions.".
