AB362-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB362-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB362-AA3,1,4 " Section 1e. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table

AB362-AA3, s. 1m Section 1m. 20.515 (1) (ag) of the statutes is created to read:

AB362-AA3,1,7 20.515 (1) (ag) Funding of certain employer contributions for county jailers. The amounts in the schedule for the payments required under s. 40.05 (2) (ab).".

AB362-AA3,1,8 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1r".

AB362-AA3,2,1 3. Page 3, line 13: after that line insert:

AB362-AA3,2,2 " Section 3m. 40.05 (2) (ab) of the statutes is created to read:

AB362-AA3,2,7 40.05 (2) (ab) From the appropriation under s. 20.515 (1) (ag), the state shall pay, for any county government that is a participating employer, any increase in employer contributions under par. (a) that would occur for the county government as a result of granting county jailers protective occupation participant status under 1997 Wisconsin Act .... (this act).".
