AB402-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB402-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: after "facility" insert "and the number of members on a local negotiating committee".

AB402-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:

AB402-SA1,1,5 " Section 1m. 289.33 (7) (a) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB402-SA1,1,9 289.33 (7) (a) 1. A town, city or village in which all or part of a facility is proposed to be located shall appoint 4 members or the number of members appointed under subds. 1m. and 2. plus 2, whichever is greater, no more than 2 of whom are elected officials or municipal employes.".
