AB426-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB426-AA3,1,2 1. Page 12, line 19: delete lines 19 to 22 and substitute:

AB426-AA3,1,3 " Section 40g. 30.66 (3) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB426-AA3,1,7 30.66 (3) (a) Except as provided under s. 30.69 (3) (d), no person may operate a motorboat within 100 feet of any dock, raft, pier or buoyed restricted area or any shoreline on any lake at a speed in excess of slow-no-wake speed. This paragraph does not apply to personal watercraft.

AB426-AA3, s. 40r Section 40r. 30.66 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB426-AA3,1,13 30.66 (3) (b) No Except as provided under s. 30.69 (3) (d), no person may operate a personal watercraft at a speed in excess of slow-no-wake within 100 200 feet of any dock, raft, pier or buoyed restricted area or other boat or any shoreline on any lake. This paragraph does not apply if s. 30.69 (3) (a), (c) or (d) applies to the operation of the personal watercraft.".

AB426-AA3,2,2 " Section 44d. 30.69 (3) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB426-AA3,2,6 30.69 (3) (a) No person operating a motorboat that is not a personal watercraft and that is towing persons a person engaged in water skiing, aquaplaning or similar activity may operate the motorboat within 100 feet of any occupied anchored boat, any personal watercraft or any marked swimming area or public boat landing.

AB426-AA3, s. 44h Section 44h. 30.69 (3) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

AB426-AA3,2,11 30.69 (3) (am) No person operating a personal watercraft that is towing a person engaged in water skiing, aquaplaning or similar activity may operate the personal watercraft within 200 feet of any occupied anchored boat, any other personal watercraft or any marked swimming area or public boat landing.

AB426-AA3, s. 44p Section 44p. 30.69 (3) (c) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB426-AA3,2,14 30.69 (3) (c) (intro.) No person may operate a personal watercraft within 100 200 feet of any of the following:

AB426-AA3, s. 44t Section 44t. 30.69 (3) (d) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB426-AA3,2,19 30.69 (3) (d) Paragraphs Section 30.66 (3) (a) and (b) and paragraphs (a) to (c) do not apply to pickup or drop areas that are marked with regulatory markers and that are open to operators of personal watercraft and to persons and motorboats engaged in water skiing.".
