AB426-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB426-AA5,1,4 1. Page 2, line 4: after "waters" insert ", other than the navigable waters under the jurisdiction of the board of harbor commissioners created by a city having a population over 500,000".

AB426-AA5,1,6 2. Page 17, line 22: delete "The powers of a county" and substitute " For a county having a population of 500,000 or less, the powers".

AB426-AA5,1,11 3. Page 17, line 24: after " county." insert "For a county having a population of over 500,000, the powers under sub. (1) and this subsection only apply to a navigable water or a portion of a navigable water that is located in the county and that is not under the jurisdiction of a board of harbor commissioners created under s. 30.37 by a city having a population of over 500,000.".

AB426-AA5,2,1 5. Page 18, line 19: delete "or (2)" and substitute "or, (2) or (2m)".
