63. may qualify as housing for older persons only if the owner of the housing

(5m) (a) 1e. c. Policies are published and procedures are adhered to that
12demonstrate an intent by the owner or manager to provide housing under sub. (1m)
13(m) 3. for persons 55 years of age or older.
The owner or manager may document
1compliance with this subd. 1e. c. by maintaining records containing written
2verification of the ages of the occupants of the housing.

6requiring that a person who seeks to buy or rent housing supply information
7concerning family status and marital, financial and business status but not
8concerning race, color, physical condition, disability, sexual orientation,
