AB460-ASA1-AA1,1,7 1. Page 5, line 13: delete lines 13 to 16 and substitute "the board. If the person assessed or a municipality has filed an objection to the assessment with the board of assessors, the person or the municipality may not raise an issue or present evidence during the appeal or cross-appeal to the tax appeals commission that the person or municipality reasonably could have raised with, or presented to, the board of assessors but failed to do so.".
