AB463-ASA1-AA3,1,8 (1) This act shall be construed in accordance with section 990.001 (11) of the statutes so that if any provision of this act is invalid, or if the application of this act to any person or circumstance is invalid, that invalidity shall not affect any other provision or application of this act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.".
