AB463-SA7,1,2 1. Page 4, line 2: after "degree" insert ", and making an appropriation".

AB463-SA7,1,3 2. Page 134, line 9: after that line insert:

AB463-SA7,1,4 " Section 320v. Appropriation changes.

AB463-SA7,1,10 (2p) Office of the state public defender. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the public defender board under section 20.550 (1) (c) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1997, the dollar amount is increased by $27,300 for fiscal year 1997-98 and the dollar amount is increased by $27,300 for fiscal year 1998-99 for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.".
