ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 1997 ASSEMBLY BILL 482

AB482-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB482-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: after "and" insert "reserve "Class B" intoxicating liquor licenses".

AB482-AA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 4: delete "providing a penalty".

AB482-AA1,1,5 3. Page 2, line 3: after "each" insert "glass or other container containing an".

AB482-AA1,1,6 4. Page 2, line 3: before "provided" insert "that is".

AB482-AA1,1,7 5. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB482-AA1,1,9 " Section 1d. 125.51 (3) (e) 3. of the statutes, as created by 1997 Wisconsin Act 27, is amended to read:

AB482-AA1,1,12 125.51 (3) (e) 3. Each municipal governing body shall establish the annual fee for a "Class B" license issued under sub. (4) (v). The initial annual fee may be different from the annual fee to renew the license.

AB482-AA1, s. 1h Section 1h. 125.51 (4) (br) 1. b. of the statutes, as created by 1997 Wisconsin Act 27, is amended to read:

AB482-AA1,2,4 125.51 (4) (br) 1. b. Subtract the number recorded under par. (bm) 2. b. from the result under subd. 1. a.

AB482-AA1, s. 1p Section 1p. 125.51 (4) (br) 1. c. of the statutes, as created by 1997 Wisconsin Act 27, is amended to read:

AB482-AA1,2,8 125.51 (4) (br) 1. c. Divide the result under subd. 2. 1. b. by 2, except that if the result is not a whole number round the quotient down to the nearest whole number.

AB482-AA1, s. 1t Section 1t. 125.51 (4) (br) 1. d. of the statutes, as created by 1997 Wisconsin Act 27, is amended to read:

AB482-AA1,2,11 125.51 (4) (br) 1. d. Add 3 to the result under subd. 2. 1. c.".

AB482-AA1,2,12 6. Page 2, line 5: delete lines 5 to 14.
