AB493-SA1,1,4 " Section 11t. 943.51 (4m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB493-SA1,1,9 943.51 (4m) A person who has a cause of action under this section may not demand that an individual agree to pay the person damages, restitution or fees and threaten to seek to have the individual arrested or prosecuted under s. 943.50 or an ordinance that prohibits conduct that is the same as or similar to conduct prohibited by s. 943.50 if the individual does not agree to pay the damages, restitution or fees.".
