AB514-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB514-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 18, line 8: delete lines 8 to 12 and substitute:

AB514-ASA1-AA1,1,7 "29.871 Inspections. (1) Departmental authority. For purposes of enforcing ss. 29.853 to 29.869 and the rules promulgated under ss. 29.853 to 29.869 with respect to a person who is required to have a license or maintain records under s. 29.855, 29.857 or 29.859, a conservation warden or representative of the department, upon presenting his or her credentials to that person, may do any of the following:".

AB514-ASA1-AA1,1,8 2. Page 18, line 14: delete "or have been possessed".

AB514-ASA1-AA1,1,9 3. Page 18, line 15: delete "or have been possessed".

AB514-ASA1-AA1,1,10 4. Page 18, line 18: delete lines 18 and 19 and substitute:

AB514-ASA1-AA1,1,12 "(c) Gain access to and inspect any records required to be kept under s. 29.855, 29.857 or 29.859.".
