AB544-ASA1,1,2 1An Act to create 350.10 (4m) of the statutes; relating to: the operation of
2snowmobiles over open water.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB544-ASA1, s. 1 3Section 1. 350.10 (4m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB544-ASA1,1,74 350.10 (4m) Over open water except when open water is the only available
5route for travel, except in a sanctioned race or derby or except during training for a
6sanctioned race or derby if the training is under the supervision of the department
7or of the sanctioning organization.
