AB564-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB564-SA2,1,5 1. Page 1, line 4: on page 1, lines 2 and 3, of the material inserted by assembly amendment 4, delete "ketamine hydrochloride and gamma hydroxybutyrate" and substitute "ketamine, gamma-hydroxybutyric acid and gamma-hydroxybutyrolactone".

AB564-SA2,1,7 2. Page 3, line 19: after that line, on page 1 of the material inserted by assembly amendment 4, delete line 7 and substitute:

AB564-SA2,1,9 "961.14 (5) (ag) Gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (commonly known as gamma hydroxybutyrate or "GHB") and gamma-hydroxybutyrolactone.".

AB564-SA2,1,11 3. Page 3, line 19: after that line, on page 1 of the material inserted by assembly amendment 4, delete line 10 and substitute:
