AB580-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB580-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 8: delete "the home detention program under s. 302.425,".

AB580-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 13: delete lines 13 to 15 and substitute "and family services, a county department under s. 46.215, 46.22, 46.23, 51.42 or 51.437 or any other agency under contract with the department of corrections, the department of health and family services or a county department under s. 46.215, 46.22, 46.23, 51.42 or 51.437 to exercise custody or supervision over the offender.".
