AB588-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 3: delete that line and substitute "who is licensed to practice medicine, podiatry or dentistry in another".

AB588-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 21: delete that line and substitute "podiatry or dentistry in another state if that person prepared the order".
