AB65-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB65-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 19: after that line insert:

AB65-AA2,1,5 "(bm) The department may award a grant under par. (a) only to an organization that agrees to make a 100% match to the grant, through either money or in-kind services or both.

AB65-AA2,1,8 (bp) Each grant application shall include proof of the organization's ability to comply with par. (bm). Any in-kind services proposed under par. (bm) are subject to the approval of the department.".
