AB65-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB65-AA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 8: after that line insert:

AB65-AA3,1,5 "(em) By July 1, 1999, each organization receiving a grant under par. (a) shall submit a report to the department providing all of the following information about the organization's programs funded under the grant:

AB65-AA3,1,6 1. The number of children and fathers served.

AB65-AA3,1,7 2. Whether or not the organization achieved its stated goals.

AB65-AA3,1,10 (ep) By September 1, 1999, the department shall submit a report to the appropriate standing committees under s. 13.172 (3) providing all of the following information about the grants awarded under par. (a):

AB65-AA3,1,11 1. The number of grants awarded.

AB65-AA3,1,12 2. The names of all grant recipients.

AB65-AA3,1,13 3. The number of children and fathers served by each grant recipient.

AB65-AA3,2,1 4. Whether or not each grant recipient achieved its stated goals.".
