AB651-ASA2-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB651-ASA2-AA3,1,3 1. Page 57, line 17: delete that line and substitute "wrongfully levied upon, the department shall return the property or, if the property has been sold, shall".

AB651-ASA2-AA3,1,7 2. Page 57, line 19: after the period insert "This subsection does not prevent a person whose property has been wrongfully levied upon from seeking relief, under other provisions of the statutes, against the state for damages that have not been compensated for under this subsection.".
