AB658-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB658-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 1: delete "violations of nonsecure" and substitute "running away from nonsecure custody, failing to appear in court after placement in nonsecure".

AB658-AA2,1,4 2. Page 1, line 2: delete "orders by juveniles".

AB658-AA2,1,7 3. Page 2, line 2: delete " Violation of nonsecure custody order." and substitute "Running away from nonsecure custody; failing to appear in court after placement in nonsecure custody.".

AB658-AA2,1,10 4. Page 2, line 8: delete that line and substitute "runs away from nonsecure custody or if he or she intentionally fails to appear before the court assigned to exercise jurisdiction under ch. 938 after having been placed in nonsecure".
