SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 1997 ASSEMBLY BILL 668

AB668-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB668-SA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 5: on page 1, line 5, of the material inserted by assembly amendment 1, delete "2 or" and substitute "3 or".

AB668-SA2,1,5 2. Page 3, line 8: after " boilers" insert ", air conditioners, appliances, lighting systems".

AB668-SA2,1,6 3. Page 3, line 13: after that line insert:

AB668-SA2,1,7 " Section 3m. 101.122 (2) (e) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB668-SA2,1,11 101.122 (2) (e) Review the rules adopted under this section at least once every 5 years and may determine whether new energy conservation technologies meet the standards under sub. (3) (a) and whether the rules promulgated under par. (a) should require the use of those technologies.".
