AB690-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB690-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 9: delete that line and substitute:

AB690-AA1,1,4 "940.01 (4) Parole eligibility in certain cases. (a) In this subsection, "person responsible for the child's welfare" includes the following:

AB690-AA1,1,6 1. The child's parent, stepparent, guardian, foster parent or treatment foster parent.

AB690-AA1,1,7 2. An adult who resides with a person specified in subd. 1.

AB690-AA1,1,8 3. An employe of a public or private residential home, institution or agency.

AB690-AA1,1,10 4. A person employed, engaged or made use of by one legally responsible for the child's welfare to exercise temporary control or care for the child.

AB690-AA1,1,12 5. Any other person legally responsible for the child's welfare in a residential setting.
