AB768-ASA1-AA11,1,3 1. Page 16, line 20: before "creating" insert "a sales tax exemption for clothing;".

AB768-ASA1-AA11,1,4 2. Page 240, line 23: after that line insert:

AB768-ASA1-AA11,1,5 " Section 313i. 77.54 (44) of the statutes is created to read:

AB768-ASA1-AA11,1,8 77.54 (44) The gross receipts from the sale of and the storage, use or other consumption in this state of clothing and shoes if the sales price of the clothing or shoes is less than $100.".

AB768-ASA1-AA11,1,9 3. Page 579, line 24: after that line insert:

AB768-ASA1-AA11,1,11 "(4e) Clothing. The treatment of section 77.54 (44) of the statutes takes effect on the first day of the 2nd month beginning after publication.".
