AB768-ASA1-AA31,1,10 "(4t) Nonpoint cost-share funding. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of natural resources under section 20.370 (6) (aa) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1997, the dollar amount is increased by $6,700,000 for fiscal year 1997-98 and the dollar amount is increased by $1,300,000 for fiscal year 1998-99 to provide funding for cost-share grants to landowners that agree to install nonpoint source water pollution abatement practices in calendar year 1998 and for cost-share grants in priority watersheds for which cost-share grant funding has not previously been provided.".
