AB768-SA14,1,7 " Section 29x. 20.255 (3) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB768-SA14,2,2 20.255 (3) (b) Riverwalk Children's Center. The amounts in the schedule for a grant to the Riverwalk Children's Center in the city of Milwaukee under 1997 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), section 9139 (1tx). No money may be encumbered from this appropriation after June 30, 1999.".

In the 1998-99 fiscal year, the state superintendent of public instruction shall pay the amount appropriated in the 1998-99 fiscal year under section 20.255 (3) (b) of the statutes, as created by this act, to the Riverwalk Children's Center in the city of Milwaukee.".
