AB768-SA41,1,4 31. Page 15, line 20: after the semicolon insert "prohibiting the commercial
4hunting of captive wild mammals;".
AB768-SA41,1,5 52. Page 61, line 9: after that line insert:
AB768-SA41,1,6 6" Section 67e. 29.335 of the statutes is created to read:
AB768-SA41,1,8 729.335 Commercial hunting of captive wild mammals. (1) Definitions.
8In this section:
AB768-SA41,1,99 (a) "Captive" means any of the following:
AB768-SA41,1,1010 1. Restrained by a cage, pen, fence or other enclosure.
AB768-SA41,1,1111 2. Restrained by physical alterations that limit movement or facilitate capture.
AB768-SA41,1,1212 3. Restrained by a leash or a tether or otherwise tied.

14. Held in a controlled environment that is designed to prevent the departure
2from the controlled environment.
AB768-SA41,2,43 (b) "Domesticated mammal" means farm-raised deer or a mammal that is all
4of the following:
AB768-SA41,2,85 1. A mammal that, due to a long association with humans, has been bred to a
6degree that results in changes affecting the mammal's temperament, color,
7conformation or other attribute of the species to an extent that it makes the animal
8unique and distinguishable from a wild mammal of its species.
AB768-SA41,2,99 2. Listed as a domesticated mammal by rule by the department.
AB768-SA41,2,1110 (c) "Wild mammal" means any mammal of a wild nature that is normally found
11in the wild and that is not a domesticated mammal.
AB768-SA41,2,14 12(2) Prohibition; commercial hunting. No person may sell or offer to sell or
13purchase or offer to purchase the opportunity to hunt any wild mammal that is
14captive except as authorized by rule by the department.".
