AB768-SA46,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB768-SA46,1,3 1. Page 16, line 13: delete "lowering the".

AB768-SA46,1,4 2. Page 16, line 14: delete "individual income tax rates;".

AB768-SA46,1,6 3. Page 31, line 19: delete "$3,318,488,800" and substitute "$3,318,488,800 $3,393,488,800".

AB768-SA46,1,8 4. Page 207, line 15: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 208, line 20.

AB768-SA46,1,10 5. Page 294, line 8: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 295, line 5, and substitute:

AB768-SA46,1,12 " Section 368q. 121.15 (1m) (a) of the statutes, as affected by 1997 Wisconsin Acts 27 and 228, is repealed and recreated to read:

AB768-SA46,2,3 121.15 (1m) (a) Notwithstanding subs. (1) and (1g), the amount appropriated in the 1998-99 fiscal year under s. 20.255 (2) (q) shall be paid to school districts on the 3rd Monday in June.".
