AB773-AA1,1,2 1. Page 7, line 24: after "Purposes." insert "(a)".

AB773-AA1,1,4 2. Page 8, line 1: delete "A corporation" and substitute "Subject to par. (b), a corporation".

AB773-AA1,1,5 3. Page 8, line 5: after that line insert:

AB773-AA1,1,9 "(b) A corporation organized as a mutual insurance holding company under this chapter may engage, directly or indirectly, in a business that is subject to regulation under another statute of this state only if not prohibited by, and subject to all limitations of, the other statute.".
