AB869-AA1, s. 3m 7Section 3m. 118.19 (10) (f) 2. of the statutes is created to read:
AB869-AA1,2,128 118.19 (10) (f) 2. The state superintendent shall disclose to an educational
9agency information that was received under this subsection from the department of
10justice or the federal bureau of investigation about an individual who is employed
11by or applying for a position with the educational agency if the educational agency
12requests the information.".
