AB869-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB869-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: substitute "educational agencies" for "school boards".

AB869-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 3: delete "(10m)" and substitute "(10) (em)".

AB869-AA1,1,5 3. Page 1, line 4: delete " (10m) A school board" and substitute "(10) (em) An educational agency".

AB869-AA1,1,6 4. Page 1, line 5: substitute "educational agency" for "school board".

AB869-AA1,1,7 5. Page 2, line 3: delete "photographed and".

AB869-AA1,1,9 6. Page 2, line 7: on lines 7 and 8, delete "conviction. (b) The school board" and substitute "conviction. The educational agency".

AB869-AA1,1,10 7. Page 2, line 8: substitute "this paragraph" for "par. (a)".

AB869-AA1,1,11 8. Page 2, line 9: after that line insert:

AB869-AA1,2,2 " Section 2m. 118.19 (10) (f) of the statutes, as affected by 1997 Wisconsin Act 27, is renumbered 118.19 (10) (f) 1. and amended to read:

AB869-AA1,2,6 118.19 (10) (f) 1. The Except as provided in subd. 2., the state superintendent shall keep confidential all information received under this subsection from the department of justice or the federal bureau of investigation. Such information is not subject to inspection or copying under s. 19.35.

AB869-AA1, s. 3m Section 3m. 118.19 (10) (f) 2. of the statutes is created to read:

AB869-AA1,2,12 118.19 (10) (f) 2. The state superintendent shall disclose to an educational agency information that was received under this subsection from the department of justice or the federal bureau of investigation about an individual who is employed by or applying for a position with the educational agency if the educational agency requests the information.".
